Tell us about your property and windows online or by phone. We schedule a free in-home visit at a time that suits you — no obligation to buy.
In-Home Design Visit
A design consultant brings fabric books and blind samples to your home, discusses light, privacy and budget, and measures every window precisely.
Quote & Confirmation
You receive an itemised quote within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we lock in your fabric, hardware and an installation date.
Made to Order
Every curtain and blind is cut and finished in our workroom to your measurements — nothing is pulled off a shelf.
Fitting & Installation
Our own fitters install tracks, poles and hardware on site, typically within 10–15 days of confirmation, and walk you through care instructions.
