Why Blinds Suit Bangalore, Mysore and Hassan Homes
Heat, glare and small windows need a different answer than curtains.
Bangalore, Mysore and Hassan’s bright, high-angle sun and increasingly common west-facing apartments make heat and glare control a bigger factor than in a typical curtain brief. Blinds sit close to the glass, so they block direct light more efficiently than a curtain hung further into the room — and cellular blinds in particular add a genuine layer of insulation.
They also suit compact windows — kitchens, utility areas, balconies — where a full curtain track would eat into limited wall space. We measure recess and face-fit options on site so the finished blind clears handles, grilles and AC units cleanly.

A single flat panel on a compact roll — the cleanest option for kitchens, kids' rooms and small windows. Sheer, dim-out or full blackout fabric.
Roman Blinds
Fabric folds into soft horizontal pleats when raised. Tailored and upholstered-looking, in the same fabric books as our curtains.
Wooden Blinds
Real basswood and faux-wood slats in natural and painted finishes — durable in humid Bengaluru weather, warm underfoot for a study or den.
Cellular (Honeycomb) Blinds
Honeycomb-structured cells trap air against the glass, cutting heat gain and outside noise — our most-requested option for west-facing rooms.
Day & Night Blinds
Alternating sheer and opaque bands that slide to control light in stages, from soft diffusion to full privacy, without switching blinds.
Triple Shade Blinds
A third fabric layer for finer light control than a standard day & night blind — popular in home offices and media rooms.
Motorised Blinds
Any of the above, automated — grouped into scenes with your curtains, lights and AC through a single home-automation app.
Mount Options
Inside-recess or outside-frame mounting, chosen on site depending on your window depth and grille clearance.
